Referral Appointment with Dr. Robert Craig

We appreciate your referral and are committed to providing your patient with the highest level of service and expertise. Our dedicated ‘Treatment Co-Ordinator Clinic’ and reserved appointments means there are no long waiting lists for consultations or treatment.

Initial Consultation Process

During the initial appointment, we will conduct a comprehensive evaluation to address your specific concerns and the desired outcomes of the patient. The consultation will include:

Clinical Photographs:
To document the patient’s current condition, assisting in treatment planning.

CT Scan:
If required, to obtain detailed imaging and assess the dental health accurately.

Comfort Measures:
A warm beverage will be offered to help put the patient at ease during their visit.

Discussion of goals:
We will discuss your patients’ goals and desired treatment outcome with them.

Personalised Treatment Plan Development

Following the assessment, we will develop a personalised treatment plan tailored to your patient’s needs. We will ensure that all aspects are clearly communicated to the patient, allowing for informed consent and confidence in the proposed treatment.

Treatment and Follow-Up

Once the patient is ready to proceed, Robert will carry out the treatment with a focus on comfort and professionalism. He will also schedule any necessary follow-up appointments, including an annual review, to monitor the patient’s progress and ensure optimal results.
